We come to the home, view all items to be included in the sale. We set dates for an upcoming sale. Then we begin working over the next few weeks to create an organzied, shopper friendly sale for customers to purchase the estate treasures. All items are priced prior to the opening of the event. Upon completion of the sale, the home is empty and ready to put on the market.

We schedule a time to come to the home and view items you would like to sell. We would set up the sale dates, then begin working on the home to organize, stage, price all items. We have sales for one-two days depending on how large the sale will be. Upon completion of the sale, the home is emptied and ready to be put on the market.

If there is only a small amount to sell, we are able to sell online here on our website for a small %. Contact us for more details.
